I hope you had a wonderful Father’s Day.

The fantasies of the anti gay out there are getting overwhelmed by plain old reality.
It ain’t that big a deal. The things that do and should worry everyone, like a war…the threat of terrorists. An ICBM out of N. Korea and gas prices, gangs and drugs in our culture…well-how do I compare thee to a summer’s day?
Considering all the other threats out there, gay folks are tame as kittens.

But not so tame as to be fighting hard for what they hold dear too.
We’re in this world together…we can work our way to success together.
Or the religious right and every other person way too preoccupied with gay folk’s sex lives can keep spending time, money and energy on the wrong things and shame on them if they waste the capital on it.

I’m with ya, T. My brother….love will find a way.

That’s pretty much during the same period during which the president and his supporters have tried to convince the country that we’re some kind of orgiastic cabal hell-bent on destroying civilization during whatever spare time we have between orgasms.

Presumably by colour-coordinating society into submission.
