Justice for JonBenet?

Like everyone else, I woke to the news of the arrest in the JonBenet Ramsey murder case. The general consensus seems to be that the guy must have done it, since he confessed. But people do confess to crimes they didn't commit, for any number of reasons including the chance to gain a little noteriety. Plus this guy's ex-wife says he was with her in Alabama on the day JonBenet Ramsey was murdered. If that can be proven, I think this case will remain unsolved, unless this guy knows who did it and it just trying to "take credit" in some sick way for someone else's crime

  • It’s funny you wrote this, because when I read about this “confession” this morning, I was thinking the exact same thing. Some people do have odd compulsions that force them into making confessions for acts they didn’t commit: some guilt complex, a need for the notoriety, who knows. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
