Why respond to them as if they had honorable intentions, as if they really cared about having a truthful debate? I would never have the patience to sit down and meticulously unpack every blatant lie, every ounce of hypocrisy, every transparent pane of ignorance. But that's why I love reading your blog, because you do it so well, and it reminds me that we can't let even obvious bigotry go unchallenged.
