So if God hates fags so much why didn’t he pick up the bridge and drop it on the Minneapolis Eagle which is only a few blocks away? Seriously, if our faggy lifestyle is to blame it would be a small thing for an all-powerful deity to kill off the 50 or so leather and denim clad homos who were happily swilling beer at the Eagle at the time of the collapse.

Well, if they’re going to “picket the funerals” of these victims, they’re missing out.

Two of the 7 victims (so far) have already had their funerals, and a couple more are scheduled for this weekend.

Phelps & his clan better hurry up and get here, or he will miss all of them!

Actually, that’s typical of this group. They don’t really show up like they claim. Just putting out the press release gets them all the publicity they want from gullible media, without the expense and inconvenience of airline travel, hotel rooms, etc.

I have two comments to make.

The first is why does anyone give Phelps the time a day anymore? Seriously? Anytime a tragedy occurs – he releases a press release and everyone goes all ballistic and writes it up. He says “dance” and everyone starts the macarena. How ’bout just ignoring the idiot for once? If nothing else – Phelps helps our cause since he is so frack’n out there.

Secondly I take offense at the snarky “Minnesota? Tolerant?” remark. Minnesota is very much a live and let live state. So we have a number of whack job legislators. Name a state that doesn’t. Minneapolis has one of the countries largest gay communities and the 3rd largest pride. Hometown companies such as Target, USBank, Medtronic, are very gay friendly. My relatives in small town minnesota care more about the weather then if I’m gay or not. Aloof? yes Passive Aggressive? Yes Intolerant? Absolutely not.
