Go to war! Post-war plan -- don't need one! Hurricane coming! Preparation or emergency response plan -- don't have one! California on fire! Emergency response plan -- don't have one! U.S. economy going down to tubes! What to do? Nobody knows! I haven't studied a single President in the United State where the government have shown such incompetence and irresponsibility. There are a number of them that have not done much, but none have done so much to damage the country the way Bush had. I thought the GOP has always stood for small and efficient government -- but under Bush jr., it has been neither.
