		<description>Your are right on the mark!  The saying "History Repeats Its Self" appears to be very true.  Especially if we make mistakes and do not learn or grow from these mistakes, then surely History will repeat itself.

I just wish the parents would also sue the school district.  The students were talking about this at school, being in the schools, I know they were and the harrassement was most likely taking place there as well.  If this has happened once then it should be made clear by the school officials, no student should harrasses or bullies another student, while at school, coming to school, on the way home from school and at any school function.  The consequences for harrassement or bullying should be defined and enforced strictly.  With this type of policy in place and enforced, these types of situation are less likely to happen.
