Fortunately, I was 100 miles away from anyone who could have tried to coerce me, and I had a network of friends upon whom to rely. The remark about suicide being preferred over homosexuality is amazingly awful. I want to see every mainstream Christian organization immediately and forcefully repudiate this nonsense.
