Agree on most, but the emphasis on poor black kids is disingenuous. White middle class neighborhoods didnt have lead in their balding brown yards. They had to go where the lead was - in this case, the oldest and poorest neighborhoods in the city. That the worst neighborhoods are predominately black neighborhoods should be the real concern.
