We are doing all our research on adopting an African American child. Currently we are searching for a support group and I am talking to my neighbor who was adopted into a Caucasian family 26 years ago. She has shared some of her trials and love for what her parents have given her. I am hoping that she will be a good support system for my husband and I and the crazy world we live in.
