		<description>It seems strange to me how people have no problems with nurses or doctors suffering no ill consequences of refusing to perform certain function &lt;strong&gt;as part of their job&lt;/strong&gt; due to religious reasons, but a person like Eason, who stands up for what he believes in, is relegated to resignation or retirement.</description>
