So people cannot sign up without breaking the law. Second, Heller was denied because they refuse to give licenses to "bottom loading" weapons like standard pistols. Third, semi-autos aren't uzis, they're handguns. You see that pistol the policeman is carrying, that is a semi-automatic weapon. Only revolvers, double barrel shotguns, and certain rifles are non-automatics, or manuals. Uzis are automatic pistols or sub-machineguns.
