I had to deal with nearing foreclosure on my own home because I helped out my brother save his house last year. This was thinking I was going to earn the same amount this year that I did last. I may not like what President Bush has done as far as this 2nd term, but I have to say that @ least I still have a home today because of him trying to “fix” this housing crisis. I was able to show my mortgage company my earnings vs. my bills and they lowered my monthly payments a third. True, we may not have been in this housing crunch to begin with had it not been for what our government has “done” in this decade, but at least I can still go to a home and not out on the street.

I miss Molly Ivins. I loved her whole “Shrub” theme. Bush has much to be sorry for, but I honestly think he’s too obtuse to know he should be sorry.
