No, we are all just rolling around laughing hysterically. Great minds on the right and on the left are "expressing surprise" at the award. The Nobel Peace Prize used to actually mean something. A person had to actually DO something notable to get it. In the past, people did not react with "surprise" when the winning name was announced. Like the person or not, people said "I can understand that." Obama has been in office for a few months, has accomplished basically nothing, and gets awarded the NPP? What a worthless gesture presented by people who have obviously lost the concept of what they are entrusted with. I just hope Obama shares some of that glory with his strategists and speech-writers who got the thing for him in the first place. Exploded brains?
